We only remove what genuinely needs to come down
A tree that's outgrown its space, blocking light, or sitting too close to a building doesn't automatically need felling. We start every job with a proper on-site assessment: checking the tree's health, its position relative to structures and boundaries, and whether it's protected by a Tree Preservation Order. From there, we agree a clear plan and price with you before any cutting begins.
Where shaping and careful pruning can do the job, that's what we recommend. Where removal really is the safer or more sensible option, we'll explain exactly why, and carry it out to full industry safety standards, using the right rigging and climbing techniques for the site, particularly important for trees near power lines, roofs or neighbouring gardens.

Do I need permission to remove a tree?
In most cases, no, unless it's protected by a Tree Preservation Order or sits within a conservation area. We'll check this for you as part of the free assessment, and can guide you through the application process if consent is needed.

It depends on the tree's size, position, and access to the site. We always give a clear, fixed price after seeing the tree in person, never a vague estimate over the phone.
How quickly can you attend if it's urgent?
